Welcome Chef Oriana to Spasso

Spasso proudly introduces Chef Oriana Tirabassi as Spasso’s new resident Italian Chef. Born in San Benedetto del Tronto, Italy, Chef Oriana has extensive experience in the culinary arts. Chef Oriana was originally a fashion designer and a stylist of Gucci at the Atelier Massimo Fioravanti in Italy. Following her true passion, Chef Oriana donned an apron and embarked on a culinary journey instead. Chef Oriana was the first woman in the world to win the top prize at the 1994 World Pizza Championships.

Summer Food Festival

10 – 20 April

During the summer month of April, Erawan Tea Room will present a summer food festival menu that includes inviting favourites such as Khao Chae (Steamed Rice in Jasmine scented Iced Water with Condiments) Khao Mun Som Tam (Green Papaya Salad with Coconut flavoured Rice) and Mieng Goong (Crispy Shrimp Salad with Betel Leaves). Beat the summer heat with the authentic flavours of some true Thai delights.


Steak and Seafood Grill

At Tables, premium grades and cuts from the US, Australia and Japan will be professionally prepared and carved tableside for your dinner. A wide range of fresh seafood is also on offer which can be either grilled or prepared in one of the traditional European styles. Our Hotel Sommelier, Supapong Mekprasart, is available to suggest matching wines from our extensive cellar. Whether your choice is steak, seafood or European cuisine, your dining experience will be a special one.

Pascal Jolivet Wine Dinner

Tables is proud to welcome Domaine Pascal Jolivet, one of the leading estates in the Loire Valley. Pascal Jolivet, one of Loire Valley’s most prominent Sancerre and Pouilly-Fume producers, will be at Tables for one evening only. Chef Michel Eschman will create a spectacular menu to match Pascal Jolivet’s selection of wines, which promises to be an evening not to be missed.

Tedeschi Wine Tasting

29 April

Bar@494 continues to offer high quality wine tastings. In April we invite you to enjoy wines from the Tedeschi Estate in Italy. Tedeschi specialises in traditional winery techniques of the Valpolicella region using “botti”, large barrels made from Slovenia

oak to age their wine. A number of their premium labels will be presented, tasted and discussed in a casual environment.

Seats are limited, so early bookings are advised!
