Tables introduces a charcoal grill this month. Hickory wood chips from North America and coconut palm charcoal both add delicious smoky flavours to Tables’ grilled steaks and seafood. Only the finest ingredients are used in the preparation of Tables dishes, either according to traditional cooking methods or on this new authentic charcoal grill.

The Dining Room presents creative Australian fare from our two resident Australian Chefs; Mark Hagenbach and Ryan Dunn. Everything that is uniquely Australian will be featured; the freshest seafood from Tasmania, South Australian oysters, red claw yabbies, organic Victorian lamb, the best grain-fed beef from New South Wales and Western Australian cheese.

Famous vegetarian food blogger, Serena, will be sharing her delicious recipes, enhancing this year’s vegetarian and healthy dishes. The Chefs at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok will be working with her in The Dining Room to create a stunning vegetarian feast, complimented by a healthy, make-your-own fresh juice station. It’s the time of the year again when You & Mee offers a variety of vegetarian options. Serena will also be providing the Chefs at You & Mee some creative new ideas to incorporate into this year’s special vegetarian menu.
As part of our Vegetarian festival, Chef Fat will reintroduce Erawan Tea Room vegetarian favourites as well as incorporate some of Serena’s ideas into his famous Thai dishes.
